While
4 Surfaces of DIN 6885 Keys are grinded, the grinding process is
applied on two surfaces of DIN 6888 Keys . Surface roughness is
RA 0.32 and Material is made of C 45 K. Tensile strengths are set
between 900-1200 N mm2. After the application of grinding operation,
more smooth and rigid surfaces are attained. Compared to cold calibred
keys they sustain a longer life-span. Thanks to high tensile strength
and grinded smooth surface, no loosening and distortion occur during
hard pressing. They are also 10 times more efficient than similar
